Forced-entry repair: door, frame and lock back in one visit.
We were called out by a housing provider after the police had forced entry to a tenant's flat. The door had been kicked through, the frame splintered around the lock keep, and the property was left wide open - no way to secure it and no way for the tenant to get back in.
On the same visit we repaired the timber frame, fitted a new lock case and lever handle, and re-hung the door so it closed cleanly and locked properly. We then installed a combination key safe on the brick beside the door and left the new keys inside, so the tenant could let themselves back in when they returned.
- Door & frame repaired same visit
- New lock case and handle fitted
- Eurospec key safe supplied & fitted
- Property handed back fully secure

Young mum locked out after bag theft: back inside with a brand-new lock and 5 keys.
A young mother called us after her bag was stolen with her house keys inside. She was stood on the doorstep with no way in and the very real worry that whoever had her keys also had her address.
We got to her quickly, opened the front door non-destructively, then replaced the euro-cylinder with a new anti-snap lock and cut 5 fresh keys on site - so she and her family were back inside and properly secure before we left.

Oversized cylinder leaving a front door exposed - swapped for the correct size on the spot.
We attended a property where a previous fitter had installed a euro-cylinder that was far too long for the door. The cylinder was protruding well past the handle - a classic weak point that makes the lock easy to snap and the home vulnerable to forced entry.
We removed the oversized cylinder, measured the door correctly and fitted a properly sized anti-snap replacement that sits flush with the handle. New keys cut, lock tested and the customer left with a door that's finally secure.
